Looking for the Ultra Messaging knowledge base or support? We look forward to providing you with the same great support, but with a different set of tools. Please follow the steps below.

  1. Go to http://MySupport.informatica.com and click "Register Now". Follow the instructions - be sure to use your company email address. (If you have already done this, do not do it again. Continue to the next step.)
  2. You should receive an automated email within 5 minutes instructing you on how to proceed with the registration. If you do not, or if you get an email declining your registration, call the Global Support hotline (1-877-INFA-HELP) in the US or the center nearest you (click here for phone numbers).
  3. 15 minutes after completing your registration, log into MySupport and click on the "Enter Online Support" button (on the right). If this does not take you to the "My Service Requests" page, please call the Global support hotline and ask to be added as a READ/WRITE contact for Ultra Messaging.
